Sebastian J. Sicari
President and Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors
Prior to joining kSARIA, Mr. Sicari was the president and CEO of Aseco Corp., a publicly traded Massachusetts manufacturer of semiconductor automation equipment. Mr. Sicari led Aseco from its initial start-up through its IPO and, ultimately, to a successful merger. Mr. Sicari also has held several senior positions at GCA Corp. and Apollo Computer during a management career that has spanned more than 25 years. A certified public accountant, Mr. Sicari has a B.S. in finance from Suffolk University and has completed the executive management program at Sloan Business School at MIT.
Michael A. DiPoto
VP, Chief Financial Officer
Mike brings 17 years of financial and operational experience to kSARIA as a corporate, high technology financial executive.
In his previous position as Chief Financial Officer at publicly held Data Translation, Inc., he led all financial, operational and administrative functions including human resources, investor relations and information technology. He helped set strategic direction, led and participated in raising $5 million in equity capital.
Prior to joining Data Translation, Mike served as Corporate Controller for software start-up, NuMega Technologies, Inc. where he led the finance team through the sale of the company to Compuware (NASDAQ: CPWR) for $150 million. Mike has also held senior finance positions in the hardware/software industry including RVSI, Acuity Imaging, Inc. and Automatix, Inc.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Anthony (Tony) Christopher
Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Christopher was previously the chief operating officer of Intelligent Automation Systems (IAS), an engineering firm specializing in innovative and custom-designed automation solutions in Cambridge, MA. As COO of IAS, Mr. Christopher was responsible for the design, development, manufacturing and support for all automation equipment developed by the company. His 15 years of automation design experience includes automation systems design as mechanical design engineer for Siemens Medical Electronics and Millipore Corp. Mr. Christopher has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from MIT and has completed post-graduate studies at Boston University.
Douglas (Doug) Dillon
Business Development Director
Prior to kSARIA, Mr. Dillon was VP Sales and Marketing at EM4 Photonics, where he successfully launched the start-up fiber optic package design and manufacturing service company into the telecom, cable television, and military markets. Previously, Mr. Dillon’s was VP Business Development at CP Clare Incorporated, a manufacturer of high-voltage and mixed signal semiconductor components. He also held senior sales and product marketing positions at fiber optic component manufacturer Lasertron Incorporated. Along with his technical sales, marketing and business development experience, Mr. Dillon’s career includes design and development engineering at defense contractors Raytheon Company and Signatron Incorporated. Mr. Dillon received his BS in electrical engineering from Tufts University.
