Product Quality
All of kSARIA’s products are 100% tested to the most stringent standards to ensure consistent, repeatable, high performance and quality, irrespective of production lot size or custom configuration. Each optical end-face is serialized and complete performance test results are provided in a comprehensive test report. To view a typical end-face test report click here. In process manufacturing quality data such as complex epoxy cure temperature profiles for every terminus are stored, maintained, and available for our customers review.

End Face Geometry
kSARIA uses state-of-the-art interferometry to measure and qualify termini end faces on all of its product. Critical parameters such as Apex Offset, Fiber Undercut/Protrusion, and Radius of Curvature are examined and held within the tight tolerances, enabled by our automated manufacturing process. Surface Defect Inspection
The end faces of 100% of the termini are inspected automatically using a sophisticated machine vision system and specially developed custom software. All defects are detected and categorized automatically by this equipment, and not left to the subjective interpretation of an operator. kSARIA's leaves nothing to chance, since undetected and misclassified defects can adversely affect fiber optic cable performance. Images and defect characterization reports are provided with each assembly – Quality is Guaranteed. |

Optical Performance Testing
Each of kSARIA's fiber assemblies undergoes optical testing ensuring product performance once it is deployed in the field. The automated manufacturing equipment operates within a tighter process window than conventional manual production methods, by optimizing the process and locking it into the machinery’s computerized control.
